Ukiyo Japanese Rice Vodka is born from geographically protected awamori, the oldest form of distilled spirit in Japan that is made exclusively on the island of Okinawa. Awamori is made from indica rice, that is malted, inoculated with black koji, fermented and single distilled to maintain the highest character. This robust spirit is redistilled to create a super premium vodka with an amakuchi sake flavour profile.
