Ukiyo Blossom Gin is a vibrant expression inspired by the beautiful pink blossoms of the Japanese cherry tree. Crafted in Chiba in the outskirts of Tokyo and distilled with traditional botanicals, including juniper, mandarin, regional spices and delicate cherry blossoms.
This process yields a light, floral, and subtly sweet profile, perfectly capturing the spirit of spring in Japan.
The palate offers bright notes of citrus and juniper balanced by the elegant, soft essence of sakura. At 40% ABV, it provides a wonderfully smooth finish, making it an excellent choice for a refined Gin & Tonic, or as a graceful base in a floral cocktail. Its distinctive flavor is a testament to meticulous Japanese craftsmanship.

On the nose, soft cherry blossom and bright orange lift gently from the glass, accompanied by a subtle floral sweetness reminiscent of parma violet. As it rests on the palate, the gin unfolds into a refined harmony of juniper and citrus, layered with delicate woody spice and coriander.
